Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Juniper Software Solutions Ltd (company number 14709623), doing business as CalmLens ("we", "us" or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on calmlens.com and the CalmLens portal.

The cookie inventory above lists the cookies CalmLens currently sets directly and the known third-party cookies used through the site. It describes each cookie's provider, purpose, category and duration.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. They can keep a user signed in, remember preferences, support payments, prevent abuse and help a service operate securely. Similar technologies include browser storage, pixels, scripts and device identifiers. This policy covers those technologies where they serve a similar purpose.

2. Categories we use

  • Essential cookies are necessary for authentication, security, consent records, payments and core site functions. The site cannot provide those functions without them, so they do not require consent where the law recognises a strictly necessary exemption.
  • Functional cookies remember choices such as the selected project, dashboard view and portal layout. Where required by law, we use these only with your consent.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies for targeted advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required before setting non-essential cookies.

3. Third-party technologies

Some providers may set or access cookies or similar device information when their feature is used:

  • Stripe uses strictly necessary technology to process payments and prevent fraud.
  • Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security or challenge technology to protect the site and verify legitimate traffic.
  • Firebase and a social identity provider may use temporary browser storage or other technology when you choose to sign in through that provider.
  • Sentry receives limited technical and diagnostic information when an error occurs so we can identify and fix service problems.

Those providers process information under their own privacy notices as well as their agreements with us. A provider may operate from another country; see our Privacy Policy for more about service providers and international transfers.

4. Managing your choices

The inventory above explains the cookies in use; it does not override your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be switched off through the site because they are required to provide a feature you request. Functional preference cookies are written when you use the relevant customisation and can be cleared through your browser.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser. Doing so may sign you out, reset saved preferences, prevent payment or social sign-in from working, or limit other parts of the Services. Browser instructions are available for:

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our use of cookies, providers or legal obligations changes. We will update the date above and request fresh consent where required.
